12 .All-American Heroes reserves the right to change its promotional offers or to offer substitute merchandise should it sell out of sale merchandise. Such substitutions will offer equal or greater savings to that of the original offer. All-American Heroes shall also have the right at any time to change or modify its sales promotion offers.

14.INDEMNITY. 16. All-American Heroes reserves the right to make changes to this User Agreement and should changes arise, All-American Heroes will post them. You understand that any use of the Site after such notice is posted will be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications or additions.
17. All-American Heroes does not currently charge money for general access to its Site. However, this could change in the future. All-American Heroes will try to give advance notice of any plans to start charging for general access. Our Site does provide a members area for paid members only.
